Thanks for working here Thursday: Chrissy, Patient & Guest Services Department

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Chrissy, the Office Coordinator in the Patient & Guest Services Department—this essential department's staff spends their days listening to concerns, complaints and compliments about the organization as a whole. Chrissy has been with CCH for eight years and manages the office work for Patient Relations, Chaplain Services and Physician Retention. She trained to be a healthcare Administrative Assistant at the Western Dakota Technical Institute. Her warm smile and greeting when you walk into the Patient Relations office puts nearly everyone at ease, and she definitely shows that she enjoys coming to work.

We asked Chrissy what she likes most about working at CCH and what Excellence Every Day means to her. Her response:

"CCH has allowed me to grow professionally. Everyone in my department and those who share office space with us are very good at their jobs—the combined years of knowledge in the medical field in the office is 98 years of experience, and all those years have been working at CCH. This department is a wealth of knowledge and is filled with good people with excellent work ethic. It's a joy to be part of this team.

Everyone wants to be their best when they are in a personal role—mother, wife, friend, and so forth—so why shouldn't we be this way at work. Excellence Every Day to me means that we show compassion, we do what is right, we treat workers and patients with respect, and we give them the great care that they deserve."

Thank you for all that you do for CCH and for keeping our community healthy, Chrissy. We are proud of you.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
