Christmas at CCHBeing hospitalized during the holidays does not have to mean a lack of holiday cheer. Here at Campbell County Health, we deck the halls! We also invite volunteers to play the grand pianos donated by the Kate Weis Trust at or other instruments in the Main Lobby of Campbell County Memorial Hospital and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, sell a wide-range of Christmas items in our Gift Shoppe, and hold a Holiday Craft Bazaar (this Friday, December 9 from 6 am-5 pm in the CCMH Cafeteria for those who may be interested). And, Santa even sits by our 18-foot Christmas tree at CCMH for employees and their children in December! We do much of this to help our patients with catch the holiday spirit, and hopefully help them feel better faster.

Special thanks Four Seasons Events for helping us with the decorating at CCMH and The Legacy. And, special thanks to all the community members who bought trees at Festival of Trees and then donated them to a unit at CCH. You have helped us spread some much needed holiday cheer! Enjoy some more photos on our Facebook page!christmas decor

And if you’d like to entertain in the hospital’s main lobby or at The Legacy this holiday season, call our Volunteer Services department at 307.688.1536 to get on the schedule. Whether it’s playing the grand piano or bringing a singing group from your church or school, we’d love to hear you.
