Thanks for working here Thursday: Amanda Wells, Behavioral Health Services

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Amanda Wells, the Department Secretary for CCH Behavioral Health Services at Campbell County Memorial Hospital. Amanda has been with CCH the past two years.

“Amanda’s ability to make our clients feel comfortable and cared for is absolutely great. She takes time for every single client as often as she can,” says Krista Christiansen, BHS Supervisor. “She is a great asset to our team, and makes working enjoyable for all of us. She is the most friendly person on the phone and in person, and always has a smile on her face. I actually have never seen her in a bad mood.”

Amanda says that she chose a career in health care because she wanted a profession and not just a job. “I love helping people and enjoy working in a professional environment,” she says. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family--camping and simply being outdoors is how they have fun together. We asked Amanda what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“The help and service that we provide for our clients/patients is my favorite part of what I do. I’m extremely lucky to work with such an awesome group of people. I feel my department is a great team and we all work so well together.

Excellence every day to me means coming to work every day, doing my best and giving my all to make sure that our patients are taken care, and have the best experience possible.”

Amanda, we are proud of your dedication to CCH, and how you are always striving to be the best at whatever is placed in front of you. Thanks for joining our team.
