Thanks for working here Thursday: Natashua Nava, MA-C, Wright Clinic & Occupational Health

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County, Wyoming community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Allow us to introduce Natashua Nava, a Registration Specialist and Medical Assistant in the Campbell County Medical Group Wright Clinic and Occupational Health in Wright, Wyoming. She has worked at CCH for eight years. Natashua has completed the certified nursing assistant (CNA I and II) programs, as well as the Medical Assistant (MA-C) program.

According to Natashua, health care is a challenge, which is why she’s pursued a career in this industry. “It challenges me to be humble, to be more kind, caring, and to have patience. My career challenges me to set good examples as a person, a patient, a health care worker and a mother,” she says.

Natashua says that she’s inspired by everyone in the health care industry. “Our jobs are more than just long hours, weekends and holidays. From saving lives, to daycare to long-term care, rehabilitation to maintenance, surgery, office staff, family practice, specialty practices, custodians…and anyone else I missed. We are all a team and the compassion that drives each individual to their jobs well every day is what inspires me,” she says.

When Natashua is not at work, she enjoys doing activities with her family. “My three children are my world! I love walking my dog, standing in the rain, and playing video games as well,” she says. We asked Natashua what she likes most about working at CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“CCH offers so much room to grow, and classes to further yourself in your career. I work with an amazing team of women, who inspire me and make me proud. A huge shout out to Malerie, Jordan, Robin, Danielle, and Dr. Russell!

Excellence every day to me means working to the best of my abilities and holding myself accountable to others.”

Thank you, Natashua, for providing our patients with excellent care. We are proud to have you on our team.
