EMS encourages everyone to wear helmets

This EMS Week, Campbell County Health Emergency Medical Services encourages everyone to wear a properly fitted helmet when riding a bike, scooter, skateboard, and anything else. Helmets can reduce the risk of severe brain injuries by 88 percent!

While wearing a helmet is important, it’s equally important for it to fit properly. Check out this blog, How to find the right bike helmet fit, and watch the video for some more tips.
