Thanks for working here this week: Nancy Dillie, RN, BHS

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Meet Nancy Dillie, RN, who works for Behavioral Health Services at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming. Nancy has worked at BHS for just over a year, but work for Pioneer Manor (now the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center) for 10 years. She’s been in health care for 18 years!

For those who do not know, BHS provides treatment and counseling of behavioral disorders, mental illness and substance abuse treatment following detox. For patients who may be experiencing severe episodes of mental illness, CCH offers an eight-bed inpatient adult and adolescent unit to provide monitored care.

Nancy was inspired to work in healthcare because she likes to help people. “Initially, I wanted to become a doctor, but I later decided to do nursing,” says Nancy.

When she’s not at work, Nancy likes to make shirts and decals with her Cricut and heat press.

We asked Nancy what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“I enjoy the different types of people I get to work with, and see as patients. I enjoy helping those with mental health problems.

Excellence every day means that I’m providing the best care to all clients seen in the clinic.”

Thank you, Nancy, for taking such great care of our patients. We appreciate you!

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.
