Thanks for working here this week: Tyla Herbst, RDN, LD, Clinical Dietitian

Campbell County Health is proud of its employees, and we want the CCH family and the Campbell County community to know about the good work that they do for this organization.

Say hello to Tyla Herbst, RDN, LD, a Clinical Dietitian in Nutrition Services at Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming. Tyla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietitian training from Montana State University. She’s been with CCH for nearly a year.

For those who don’t know, Nutrition Services at CCMH provides high-quality nutritional care to patients, residents and their families, as well as visitors. As a clinical dietitian, Tyla helps doctors provide medical nutrition therapy for patients in the hospital.

When Tyla isn’t at work, she loves to be outside hiking, walking, camping, golfing, and skiing.

We asked Tyla what she likes most about working for CCH, and what excellence every day means to her. Check out her response:

“I love working in Nutrition Services because everyone here works as a team and treats each other with compassion. It feels great to be a part of a team that is driven to do best for every patient.

Excellence every day means hard work and compassion for patient care.”

Thank you, Tyla, for helping our patients with their nutrition needs. We appreciate you.

Is there a CCH employee who went the extra mile or shows you extraordinary service? Give them a pat on the back by completing an Excellence Every Day card.

For those who don’t know, March is #NationalNutritionMonth. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and health—we are all unique with different bodies, goals, backgrounds and tastes! To learn more about the Nutrition services available at CCH, visit www.cchwyo.org/nutrition.
