Thanks for working here this week: Dr. Paul Mausling

Meet Dr. Paul Mausling, Anesthesiologist at Campbell County Health. Anesthesiologists are doctors who administer anesthesia and manage pain. Some types of anesthesia numb a small area of the body. General anesthesia makes the patient unconscious (asleep) during invasive surgical procedures.

Dr. Mausling attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed his Anesthesia residency at Flint Osteopathic Hospital in Flint, Michigan. Dr. Mausling has over 30 years of experience as a physician, and has been at CCH for eight months. He came to Gillette from Carson City, Nevada.

His healthcare hero is Dr. Archie Attarion, the physician that trained him during his residency. Dr. Mausling believes in working as a team to help others, whether it is a patient, nurse or another physician. To Dr. Mausling, Excellence Every Day means helping a patient and their family feel better, and creating a great experience while at Campbell County Health.

When he’s not practicing, Dr. Mausling enjoys running, playing hockey, and being with his family.

Thank you, Dr. Mausling, for taking great care of our patients every day at Campbell County Health. We appreciate all that you do.
