Campbell County Health Enhances Patient Care with Innovative Documentation Tool

Campbell County Health (CCH) is excited to announce the upcoming rollout of Abridge, an innovative notetaking and documentation tool integrated with our Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.
This new technology is designed to help our medical providers focus more on what matters most: the patient.
Abridge assists clinicians in creating accurate and thorough visit notes during patient appointments, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks. By streamlining documentation, providers can dedicate more meaningful, uninterrupted time to listening, answering questions, and delivering personalized care.
How Patients Benefit:

• Enhanced Accuracy: Important details from each visit are captured clearly and reliably.
• Improved Care Coordination: Accurate notes ensure seamless communication across your care team.
• Easy Access to Visit Notes: Once uploaded, notes and dictation from your appointment will be viewable in your MyChart account, giving patients convenient access to review your visit information at any time.
Privacy is Our Priority
Patient information is fully protected within CCH’s secure systems and is handled in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. Only a patient’s care team can access the information, and data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
A Step Forward in Patient-Centered Care
The pilot phase begins December 2, 2025, with a select group of providers. Feedback from this initial rollout will help refine the system before it becomes available to all CCH providers in the coming weeks. The goal is simple: more efficient, accurate documentation that allows providers to focus on delivering exceptional care to every patient.
