A New Era in Care: CCH Launches Major Transition on July 19

Campbell County Health (CCH) is proud to announce the official go-live of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system on Friday, July 19, 2025. This milestone represents a transformative step in how we deliver care, bringing patients a more connected, efficient, and personalized experience throughout our entire health system.
Starting July 19, patients will begin to see changes that make managing their health simpler and more convenient. One of the most exciting features is MyChart, a secure online portal where patients can schedule appointments, send messages to their care team, view test results, pay bills, and manage prescriptions, all in one place, whether on a computer or mobile device.
Epic also allows for smoother communication across providers. Whether you’re seeing your family doctor, a specialist, or receiving care at the hospital, your health information will be available to your care team in real time. That means fewer forms, less repetition, and a more consistent experience, no matter where you are in our system.
“Our teams have been working incredibly hard over the past several months, training, preparing, and practicing to ensure we’re ready for this transition,” said Janice Urban, Director of Emergency and Surgical Services. “As we go live, we’re asking for grace from our patients while we put all of that preparation into action. This is a big step forward, and we’re committed to using Epic to better serve our community with every interaction.”
