Registration opens Monday, September 29, 2025, at 9 am and closes at noon
the day before each screening.
Online registration is requested.

Eligibility
The health screening is for employees and spouses who are on the City of
Gillette medical insurance, and are participating in the wellness program.
These are fasting labs.
What’s included in my health screening?
- Blood: Wellness Panel, CBC
- Blood Pressure
- Body Composition
Optional Screenings:
Screening summary available online within 48 hours.
Additional lab screenings available (self pay at time of screening)

Important Reminders:
- Fast for 10-12 hours prior to your appointment.
- Appointment preferred.
- BOTH employees and spouses must complete their wellness screenings by Friday,
November 14, 2025.
- BOTH employees and spouses must complete their “year-end” health
coach appointments by Friday, February 27, 2026.
- Failure to meet both of these deadlines will result in the forfeiture of
your insurance discount or HSA contribution.
