The Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Medical/Surgical Unit provides
care for patients across many age levels, with a huge variety of disease
categories or injuries, or are recovering from surgery. Patient care areas
are located on the north and south wings of the fourth floor.
Staff holds a variety of nursing degrees (from Associate Degree to Master's
prepared nurses) and certifications. Other certifications include Wound
Care (WCC), Medical-Surgical, Chemotherapy, Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course (ENPC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
Rest is an essential part of the patient's total healthcare, as are visits
from family and friends. By observing our visitor polices, guests can
become part of our healthcare team.
