The Legacy downgrades flu restrictions; visitors may now enter the building

  • Posted On:

Campbell County Health has downgraded visiting restrictions at The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center due to the flu, or influenza. Visiting restrictions are in place to help protect visitors, residents and employees.

The Legacy restrictions include:

  • No large group activities. This includes resident family and visiting groups, i.e., school or dance.
  • All visitors must wear a mask while in the facility—masks are available at the Main Entrance. Visitors are also encouraged to use hand sanitizer prior to visiting any resident, which is also available at the Main Entrance.
  • Children under 12 years old are not permitted to visit.
  • Visitors who feel ill, or have symptoms such as fever or cough, should not visit.

Campbell County Memorial Hospital Maternal Child unit restrictions remain the same. To check on current restrictions, visit www.cchwyo.org/VR. To learn how to protect yourself from the flu, please visit www.cchwyo.org/flu411. See a flyer here.
