
Ashley Donahoo, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, customizes an exercise plan for each
participant. In a group personal training class, participants of all levels
can be doing different exercises together at their own rate of speed,
intensity, and ability. Equipment used includes kettlebells, TRX®
suspension straps, free and machine weights, high speed treadmil and regular
treadmil, rowing maching, pool, bands, balls, plyometric boxes, and more.
The program is for all ages, 8 years old and older. Current physical required at registration for youth under the age of 18.
