Construction begins on the CCMH inpatient room replacement project

Work started on Monday, July 23 on the inpatient room replacement project at Campbell County Memorial Hospital.

Drivers going past the hospital on West Sixth Street in Gillette, Wyoming will see a large crane beginning the process of removing the concrete panels from the south side of the building. The panels must be removed so construction materials can be moved inside the building.

On July 19, 2018, the Campbell County Health Board of Trustees voted to approve the construction of 33 new patient rooms in the space above the main lobby for Maternal Child, Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care units. The total project cost is $23,921,758 and will be completed in February 2020.
