Please be advised of the following Department and Service hours adjustments
and closures in observance of the Labor Day Holiday
• Memorial Day, Monday, September 2nd, 2024
The Walk-in Clinic hours are 8am-6pm (last patient taken at 5:30 pm)

Campbell County Health Service Hours
• CCH Accounting Department will be closed.
• CCH Administration will be closed.
• CCH Behavioral Health Services will be closed. On call crisis coverage is available 24/7.
• CCH BioMed will be closed. On-call coverage is available.
• CCH Cafeteria is open Monday September 2nd, Breakfast: 8:30-9:30 am; Lunch: 12-1 pm; Dinner: 5:30-6:30 pm.
• CCH Cardiac Cath Lab will be closed.
• CCH Case Management will be closed.
• CCH Coffee Shoppe will be closed.
• CCH Community Relations and Volunteer Services will be closed.
• CCH Community Wellness will be closed.
• CCH Dialysis Center is open normal business hours.
• CCH Early Childhood Center will be closed.
• CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24-hours every day for any
health emergencies.
• CCH Environmental Services will be operating on weekend staff for coverage Monday September 2nd, 2024.
• CCH Gift Shoppe will be closed.
• CCH Heptner Cancer Center: Radiation Oncology will be closed. Medical
Oncology/Infusion will be open for scheduled treatments from 8am-10am.
• CCH (HIM) Medical Records will be closed.
• CCH Home Health and Hospice will be closed. On call coverage is available
• CCH Home Medical Resources will be closed. On-call coverage is available.
• CCH Human Resources will be closed.
• CCH Information Technology Department will be closed. On-call coverage is available.
• CCH Lab will be closed for outpatient services. Limited availability for urgent outpatient collections will be available.
• CCH Laundry will be operating on weekend staff for coverage Monday September 2nd, 2024.
• CCH Materials Management will be closed.
• CCH Medical Records will be closed.
• CCH OCC Health (located inside the Walk-In) will be closed.
• CCH Patient Access (registration) will be closed. Patient Access at the Emergency Department will be open both days.
• CCH Patient Experience and Chaplain Services will be closed. On-call chaplain services are available.
• CCH Patient Financial Services will be closed.
• CCH Pharmacy will be open until 6pm, tele pharmacy will be available thereafter.
• CCH Professional Development will be closed.
• CCH Quality and Risk Management will be closed.
• CCH Radiology is closed for outpatient services, will have on-call coverage available.
• CCH Rehabilitation Services will be closed, coverage for wound care patients and inpatients available.
• CCH Respiratory Therapy Outpatient will be closed.
• CCH Sleep Center will be closed during daytime hours, nighttime sleep studies will still be performed
• CCH Surgical Services will be closed. On- call coverage for emergencies available.
• CCH WYOS will be closed

• CCMG Cardiology will be closed.
• CCMG Complex and Internal Medicine will be closed.
• CCMG Family Clinic Hulett will be closed.
• CCMG Kid Clinic will be closed.
• CCMG Main Clinic (ENT, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Neurology,
Pediatrics, and Urology) will be closed.
• CCMG Wright Clinic will be closed.
