Building new leaders at CCH

Congratulations to the first graduating class of the Campbell County Health Succession program. The program was developed a year ago to cultivate future leaders from within CCH.
The nine participants attended monthly leadership development classes, worked with mentors and coaches, and completed an individual and group project designed to benefit the organization.
