Organizations implementing employee health or wellness programs report
reduced healthcare costs, increased productivity, improved employee morale
and organizational loyalty. CCH Wellness works with your company to improve
the health of your employees as well as the spouses of those employees.
CCH Wellness has been providing onsite face-to-face health coaching services since 2006. We have found the most success using year-round health coaching and motivational interviewing. This process focuses on the participant and coaching to the individual, not pre-established goals. Those self-directed goals might include weight loss, smoking cessation and/or new healthy lifestyle routines. Health Coaches build rapport with the participant, using active listening skills and eliciting behavior changes.
All screenings conducted by certified staff.
