About Chelsea

Chelsea Jenner, PT, DPT, is the Director of Rehabilitation at Campbell County Health (CCH), bringing 17 years of experience as a physical therapist to her leadership role. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. Chelsea has specialized training in PORi Oncology Rehabilitation, dry needling, WorkWell, Graston Technique, and Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT).

Chelsea's passion for physical therapy began through her own experiences recovering from sports injuries. Growing up with a mother who worked in healthcare administration also influenced her interest in helping others. After experiencing firsthand the positive impact physical therapists had on her recovery, Chelsea decided to change her career path from accounting to physical therapy.

Chelsea has a special interest in oncology rehabilitation, particularly helping patients recover from breast cancer treatment. She finds fulfillment in supporting patients through some of life's most challenging moments, helping them regain strength, confidence, mobility, and independence. She values the opportunity to provide encouragement and specialized care throughout each patient's recovery journey.

Chelsea believes in providing compassionate, individualized care rooted in kindness, humility, and respect. She recognizes that every patient has a unique story and strives to treat each person as she would her own family. By taking time to listen, understand concerns, and build meaningful relationships, she helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.

As Director of Rehabilitation, Chelsea values the opportunity to lead a collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She appreciates CCH's commitment to continuing education, professional growth, and the ability to offer a wide range of specialized rehabilitation services close to home.

Family has always been an important part of Chelsea's life, making Gillette a natural fit both personally and professionally. Having returned to CCH three times throughout her career, she values the organization's supportive culture, strong relationships, and the opportunities that continue to draw her back.

Outside of work, Chelsea's favorite role is being a mom to her daughters. She enjoys making memories with family through traveling, sports, camping, and spending time at the lake. She is also an enthusiastic Denver Broncos fan.
