About Kim

Kim Harding, M.S., CF-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist at Campbell County Health (CCH) Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is also a SPEAK OUT!® Certified Clinician and has completed specialized training in modified barium swallow studies and infant swallowing assessments.

Kim is passionate about helping individuals improve communication, strengthen cognitive skills, and regain independence. She finds inspiration in the small victories that make a meaningful difference in her patients' lives, whether it is a child learning a new word, an adult recovering communication skills after a stroke, or an older adult developing strategies to participate more independently in daily activities.

Kim has a special interest in brain health, functional cognitive skills, and communication. She enjoys helping patients strengthen their ability to understand others, express their thoughts and needs, and participate in everyday activities. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is building meaningful relationships with patients, recognizing their individual strengths, and helping them achieve goals that improve their quality of life.

Kim believes in providing compassionate, individualized care that focuses on each patient's unique abilities, needs, and goals. She takes time to listen, build trust, and create a positive, encouraging environment where patients feel comfortable and supported. Through creativity, education, and meaningful activities, she helps patients build confidence and actively participate in their care while celebrating their progress along the way.

Kim was drawn to Campbell County Health because of its commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration, and strong community connections. She appreciates the opportunity to serve patients of all ages while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

Kim chose to practice in Gillette because of its welcoming community, strong family values, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of others. She appreciates Wyoming's hardworking spirit, beautiful outdoors, and the way community members support one another.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and serving her community and church. She also enjoys gardening, organizing activities that bring people together, exploring new restaurants, and taking peaceful walks to enjoy Wyoming's beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
