About Tisha

Tisha Foster Carlson, PT, DPT, AWCC, WCC, is a physical therapist at Campbell County Health (CCH) Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services, specializing in wound care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and holds Advanced Wound Care Certified (AWCC) and Wound Care Certified (WCC) credentials.

Tisha has always had a strong interest in science and enjoys applying scientific principles to help patients improve mobility, regain function, and achieve better health outcomes. Her passion for healthcare grew even stronger when she began specializing in wound care, where evolving research, innovative treatments, and new approaches to healing continue to challenge and inspire her.

Tisha finds fulfillment in making a meaningful difference in her patients' lives and supporting them throughout their healing journey. She enjoys combining her clinical knowledge with compassionate care to help patients overcome challenges and improve their quality of life.

Tisha believes in providing individualized, patient-centered care through collaboration and open communication. She works closely with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment strategies tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. Her approach focuses on helping patients feel informed, supported, and actively involved in their care.

Tisha was drawn to Campbell County Health because of its diverse healthcare environment and the opportunity to continually expand her clinical knowledge and skills. She values working in a setting that allows her to grow professionally while providing specialized wound care services to the community.

After previously living in Wyoming, Tisha and her husband were excited to return to the state. She quickly fell in love with Wyoming's natural beauty and lifestyle, and Gillette provided the opportunity to establish roots in a community that aligns with their family's values.

Outside of work, Tisha enjoys hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and granddog.
