CCH Welcomes Dr. Kelly McMillin as Chief of Staff

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Kelly McMillin has joined us as the new Chief of Staff at Campbell County Health. She brings a wealth of experience and passion for both medicine and our community.

What excites Dr. McMillin most about her new role as Chief of Staff is the opportunity to use her lifelong connec-tion to this community and experience as a physician to guide our medical team.

Dr. McMillin’s top priority is unity. She believes that all members of the medical staff, both independent and employed providers, should work together toward one common goal: delivering high-quality, reliable medical care to our friends and family here in Gillette. Her vision is for a cohesive, supportive team that collabo-rates to meet the healthcare needs of our community.

She has been practicing family medicine in Gillette for 15 years, serving both the hospital and broader community in numerous capacities. She has taught within local church youth programs and has served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Resource Center. Her diverse experience within the community gives her a unique perspective on the healthcare needs of our area.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. McMillin enjoys raising and training horses and hopes to one day return to showing them. Her family is also active in 4H, and her four boys keep her busy with sporting events. Her faith is an integral part of her life, and she is proud to be a Christian. She enjoys caring for all of God’s creation, both in her professional and personal life.

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Kelly McMillin to her new role as Chief of Staff. We’re excited to have her leading our team as we continue to provide exceptional care to our community.
