Fourth of July Holiday Closures

Please be advised of the following Department and Service closures and adjusted hours for the Fourth of July holiday weekend, Friday, July 3rd through Sunday, July 5th.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT will be open 24 hours for health emergencies.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.

If you are in crisis and need to talk with a counselor, please call or text 988.

CCH Walk-in Clinic will be open 8:00 am–8:00 pm, with the last patient taken at 7:30 pm, on Friday, July 3.
CCH Walk-in Clinic will be open 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with the last patient taken at 5:30 pm, on Saturday, July 4.

Campbell County Health
• CCH Accounting Department will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Behavioral Health Services Outpatient will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Case Management will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Chaplain Services will have an on-call chaplain available during the holiday weekend.
• CCH Community Wellness will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Customer Assistant Desk will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Early Childhood Center will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Emergency Medical Services is open 24 hours every day for health emergencies.
• CCH Emergency Department is open 24 hours every day for health emergencies.
• CCH Employee Health will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Home Health office will be closed Friday, July 3. A nurse will be available on call.
• CCH Home Medical Resources will be closed Friday, July 3. On-call coverage will be available for emergencies.
• CCH Human Resources will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Information Technology will be closed Friday, July 3. On-call coverage is available as needed.
• CCH Infusion Center will be open from 8:00 am–5:00 pm on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, for scheduled appointments only.
• CCH Marketing and Communications will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Materials Management will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Medical Oncology and Oncology Infusion will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Medical Records will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Occupational Health will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Outpatient Laboratory will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Outpatient Registration will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Patient Experience will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Patient Financial Counselors in the Mail Lobby Business Offices will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Quality Department will be closed Friday, July 3, and will resume normal business hours Monday, July 6.
• CCH Radiation Oncology will be closed Friday, July 3. Radiation Oncology will also be closed Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5, as part of its regular weekend schedule.
• CCH Radiology will be closed for outpatient services Friday, July 3, Saturday, July 4, and Sunday, July 5. Staff will remain onsite to care for patients in the Emergency Department, Walk-in Clinic, and inpatient units.
• CCH Rehabilitation Services will be closed for outpatient services Friday, July 3. Rehab staff will continue to care for inpatients and wound care patients.
• CCH Revenue Cycle, including Patient Financial Services, Business Office, and Revenue Integrity, will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCH Surgical Services will be closed Friday, July 3, except for emergency cases.
• WYOS will be closed Friday, July 3.

• CCMG Audiology will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCMG Family Clinic in Hulett will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCMG Kid Clinic will be closed Friday, July 3.
• CCMG Walk-in Clinic will be open Friday, July 3, from 8:00 am–8:00 pm, with the last patient taken at 7:30 pm. CCMG Walk-in Clinic will also be open Saturday, July 4, from 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with the last patient taken at 5:30 pm.
• CCMG Wright Clinic will be closed Friday, July 3.
