Benefits

Campbell County Health offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to be responsive to employee needs. The information on this web page is intended to be a summary of the benefits offered to full-time eligible employees. Employees must be enrolled in benefits within 30 days of employment.

Health, Dental & Vision Benefits

Full-time and half-time employees are eligible as of the first day of the month coinciding with or the next date following 30 days of CCH employment. Pre-tax and after-tax option split provisions. View the 2025 CCH Benefits Booklet here.

Childcare

Campbell County Health has an Early Childhood Center located on our campus and is available for use by all CCH employees. Learn more

Employee Assistance Program

In order to help you deal with a situation that’s troubling you or if you are looking for information and referrals, Campbell County Health has contracted with SupportLinc. This is a prepaid service offered to employees and household members. Up to six sessions are allowed per issue, no co-pay or charge.

Employee and Spouse Occupational Health Program

This program is available to ALL CCH employees – full-time, part-time or PRN, with or without CCH health insurance. The program is also open to spouses of employees who are enrolled in the CCH health insurance. Learn more

Retirement Plans

All employees are eligible to participate in the 403(b) Retirement Plan as soon as you become an employee. CCH will match contributions dollar for dollar after one year of employment up to the following limits:

  • 12-35 months up to 3%
  • 36-179 months up to 6%
  • 180-299 months up to 7%
  • 300 or more months up to 8%

Deferred Compensation
An optional 457 deferred compensation plan is offered to all eligible employees. Empower Retirement administers the deferred compensation plan.

Vacation or Paid Time Off (PTO)

Eligible full-time employees accrue paid time off (PTO) based on the following schedule. Eligible part-time employees accrue vacation leave on a prorated basis.

  • .0 to 4 years: .0923 per paid hour; 191.98 hours per year
  • 5 to 9 years: .1115 per paid hour; 231.92 hours per year
  • 10+ years: .1307 per paid hour; 271.86 hours per year

Full-time and part-time employees shall use accrued PTO for unworked holidays. Employees will not receive Holiday Pay if they do not have enough PTO hours to cover the time away from work for the holiday.

Additional Benefits

Bereavement
Employees are eligible for bereavement immediately upon employment. Full-time employees receive 24 hours and Part-time employees receive 12 hours of paid leave for the death of an immediate family member.

Education
In-services are provided for all shifts.

CCH may provide educational assistance for pre-authorized course work towards advanced training or a degree which will benefit the needs and goals of CCH.

Jury and Witness Duty
Campbell County Health will pay the difference between the jury or witness pay and the employee's regular rate of pay when absent during a scheduled shift.

Military Training Compensation
Campbell County Health will pay the difference between the employee's base military pay and regular rate of pay for up to 15 days of authorized military training. Military Leave is also available.
