Employee and Spouse Occupational Health Program

The Occupational Health Clinic is now located at:
430 S. Medical Arts Ct., Gillette, WY

This program is available to ALL CCH employees – full-time, part-time, or PRN, with or without CCH health insurance.

Programs now available include:

Blood Draw: $205 value | Employee - Spouse - Dependent

Includes: A1C, CBC, PSA, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Wellness Panel

• Employees without our insurance are able to get their blood drawn with the blood tests listed below, one time a year at the approved dates that will be shared when the time gets closer.

• Employees, spouses, and dependents with our insurance, with proof of insurance, are able to get the blood tests at any time of the year, multiple times a year, at no cost.

Mammograms: $499 value, for employees only

• Employee must be over the age of 40.
• This mammogram is for screening only, not diagnostic; and an employee can only have one mammogram per 12-month period for this program.

• Step 1 - Call ext. 8065 for your mammogram voucher.

• Step 2 - Call ext. 1600 to schedule your mammogram.

PSA screening: $30 value, for employees only

• Employee must be over the age of 50 years old
• This PSA Screening is for screening only, not diagnostic; and an employee can only have one PSA screening per 12-month period for this program.
• Please contact ext. 8378 to schedule the screening at the Occupational Health Clinic.

Audiogram: $60 value, for employees only
