Our Care Admission Coordinator is here to assist you with your admission to The Legacy and discharge. In addition, Social Services representatives are available to speak with you and your family confidentially regarding any issues you feel need to be addressed while you are a resident. They can also provide you with important community resources that can help you with various aspects of your care.
