at all stages of life.
Our team of dedicated care professionals has a passion for long term care and is focused on the individual needs and unique personalities of each resident. The care team consists of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Social services, rehabilitation and therapy staff, activity coordinators and volunteers work hard to make The Legacy home. Preparing and sharing meals are an important part of enjoying life, and our registered dietitians and food service staff make sure food preferences are considered when nutrition needs are met. Staff-assisted community kitchens on each wing enable residents to have flexibility with mealtimes and snacks.
The Legacy provides memory support options to residents and families, located in the Cottonwood Court neighborhood. This features a customized, secured wing for Alzheimer patients and a separate wing for dementia patients with tailored supervision and security.
